Works commencing this week comprise continuation of roof demo, installing some of the roof steels and installation of part of the 2nd floor steelwork. Along with strengthening to front bay and continuation of the front lightwell underpinning. Lastly final phase of Temp works to chimneys at 3rd floor.

The steelwork to the 3rd floor will complete this week and the goal post steel to the rear doors is completed. Scaffold is being wrapped now in monoflex allowing the roof demolition to commence. Padstones will commence to allow further steelwork installation and lastly 1st stage underpinning will commence to the front lightwell.
